We do not collect any personally identifiable information about visitors of the website. Although our server logs your IP address when you visit our website, IP addresses are not linked to information personally identifiable by us (see also “Web Visit”).
The only pages of this website where you can provide us voluntarily with personal information such as your email address are:
- the contact form: you are able to send us email messages with the contact form that will contain the information items you provide such as your name, e-mail address, and the contents of your message.
- the forum: you are required to create an account in order to post messages. This account will contain personal information items, some of them like e-mail address, user name are mandatory; others are optional. See also below (“Public Forums”).
- some areas of our website only designed for our registered customers. See below (“security”).
Web Visit and Cookies
When you visit our website, our server stores Web visit information: it logs your IP address, URI’s of requested resources, timestamps and HTTP user-agents. Such Web visit information is used to generate aggregate statistical data in order to analyze trends and administer the site, and it may be kept in an anonymized form for historical records.
The website which is powered by asp.net may also use session cookies in order to work. The data stored inside a session cookie is available until the browser is closed.
Some pages on our website (like the Search function) use hosted services provided and managed by Google Inc. (“Google”). Such services use cookies and code which is embedded in our website. Information Collected During Purchase
Share-It! and Paypal are our official resellers; all sales and purchases of software licenses are handled by them. You can access their privacy statements: Share-It and Paypal. We never have access to credit card information during purchases.
Personal data provided by a customer during the purchase of a product is safely kept in our databases.
Claritylotterysystems will collect, record, store and use your personal data but only to enable you to purchase or sell real property through itself and its network of resellers, and unless you object, to advise you of software upgrades, important information about our products and other products from the company. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any third party or affiliate.
Claritylotterysystems will act in full compliance with Article 34 of the Law “Information systems dated January 6th, 1978: any customer has the right to request by email or postal mail an access to his/her personal data and/or to provide us with updated information.
